We’re seeking a talented Canva Designer to create stunning visual content that captures attention and drives engagement across our social media, marketing, and business development channels. You’ll collaborate with content creators, marketers, and the BD team to design graphics for campaigns, course promotions, and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals using Canva for social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, brochures, thumbnails, banners, etc.
• Create pitch decks, presentations, and proposal templates for business development and partnerships.
• Work with the content team to turn blog posts and written content into visual assets.
• Design lead magnets like eBooks, infographics, and downloadable PDFs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Optimize designs for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, web, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Canva (free or Pro version).
• A strong design portfolio (links or samples must be shared).
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while being creative.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and design formats.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic video editing using Canva or CapCut.
• Familiarity with design needs for EdTech and tech services.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator (a plus).
• Knowledge of designing for performance marketing (ads, CTAs, landing pages).
