We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth in the EdTech and IT services sectors. You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, relationship-building, and identifying partnership or sales opportunities that align with our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through online research, cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn), and campaigns.
  • Pitch EdTech courses, training programs, and digital services to potential customers and institutions.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and decks (working closely with the Canva/Design team).
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead data and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with the content and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
  • Represent Codigo Aldea at online/offline events, webinars, or college presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
  • Interest in EdTech, software services, and tech-based education.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and team spirit.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with tools like Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Notion.
  • Previous internship or sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or training industries.
  • Knowledge of software/web development terminology (bonus for services BD).
